This is the best board and care in town. My mother has been a resident here for just over a year and she is thriving. Loving, caring environment - truly like family.

My mom has been living at Mylda’s Senior Care for about a year and she is so very happy there. Miriam and her staff provide excellent, loving care to the residents. The food is fresh and healthy and my mom has a lovely room. They take her for her daily walks in the beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend Mylda’s for your loved one.

Dear Miriam:

I wanted to thank you for all you did for my mother during her stay with you in 2013 and from January – September 2014. Since her passing, I have had time to reflect on her life this past year. You and your very capable staff took outstanding care for her in so many ways. 

It was important to me and my brother and sister that she would feel comfortable and have a “home style” atmosphere rather than an institutional drabness. You provide that kind of loving home care that I will be forever grateful. She always felt loved and never alone.

Many things about your home made it so terrific. It was always spotless clean, from the outside to the inside. Many other places I initially inspected did not come close to how well you keep your facility. The location and the view of the harbor was gorgeous.

You were very conscious about feeding her healthy foods. You gave her not only what she liked, but what was good for her. She never complained about the food and seemed to have a wholesome appetite while at your place.

Your staff were excellent and went out of the way to do the little things that pleased my mom. She always had good things to say about them. You could see it in their hearts that they had genuine love for mom and the other guest there.

Like I said in the beginning, you provided the perfect home and situation for my mother. She felt loved and cared for all the time. My family members are very grateful we found you and had my mother stay in your home. 

I very highly recommend you and your facility to anyone.
